I am a certified life coach for over a decade with 20+ years in Human Resources working with owners, investors and management teams to bring out the best in their people. Standing in your truth is one of the most liberating acts you can do for yourself. This means you are living an authentic life, not wearing a false mask being who the world expects you to be, but rather who you are meant to be!
